The assays can be performed “at any place and at ambient temperature”, without the need for any type of equipment.

The materials included in the bag allow to perform 3 separate consecutive analyses on the germination potential of diverse types of seeds, and to observe and follow the early growth of the plants.

The number of seeds which can be put in the test plate depends of the size of the seeds and ranges from 7-8 to 10-12 seeds.

The duration of the tests is function of the type of seeds and of the temperature of the room in which the test plate is placed.

For “ambient” temperatures (between 18°C and 25°C) the duration of the tests is normally 3 to 7 days.
