Moisten the sterile LuciPac cotton swab with water. Wipe the sampling point of the to-be-tested surface with the swab stick.
Put the swab stick back to the main body of the tube and push it through all the way until it has opened the reagent capsule by putting the tip of the test tube on a palm of hand or table to avoid having the tube (the tip part of the body) come off the main body.

Insert the whole body of the LuciPac Pen into the chamber of Lumitester PD-20 and close the lid. Results are obtained in 10 seconds by pressing the “ENTER” key.
